– Brad Elwood’s two-run double in the ninth inning capped off the Navigators’ scoring during North Shore’s opening day 5-0 FCBL victory over the Raging Tide in Old Orchard Beach.
North Shore took a 1-0 lead in the third when Eridani Dume scored on an error, and pulled slowly away on Alex Markakis’ sacrifice fly in the fifth and Tony Serino’s single in the sixth.
Sam Balzano had two of OOB’s three hits.
