ROCKLAND — Officials are launching a new program that will provide funding to create or rehabilitate affordable rental housing on Maine’s year-round island communities.
MaineHousing and the Maine Island Coalition today are announcing the launch of the 2010 Affordable Housing Initiative for Maine Islands.
The program will make available $2 million in grant funding to go toward multifamily housing units.
