SCARBOROUGH — Police continue to search for a Scarborough woman who was last seen on New York’s Long Island earlier this month.
Megan Waterman, 22, hasn’t been in touch with friends and family since the weekend of June 5. She was last seen at the Holiday Inn Express in Hauppauge, N.Y., that weekend.

Waterman’s family is alarmed because she normally would be in regular contact with her 3-year-old daughter. Waterman and her daughter live with Waterman’s grandmother in Scarborough.
Detective Don Blatchford said police continue to follow up on leads and are still doing their legwork.
