Hot Ticket: PORTopera brings Mozart to Harrison
PORTOPERA’S YOUNG ARTIST PROGRAM presents two one-act comedic operas, Mozart’s “The Impresario” and Donizetti’s “The Night Bell,” on Friday at Deertrees Theatre in Harrison. Ellen Chickering of the University of Southern Maine School of Music directs, and Kathleen Scott provides accompaniment. The performances are sung in English, and will be repeated July 8-11 at various locations.
