AUGUSTA — The order of the two bond questions to appear on the Nov. 2 ballot will be determined through a public drawing.
Secretary of State Matthew Dunlap will conduct the drawing Thursday in his office in Augusta. Maine law requires the drawing process for ballot position.
The ballot will include one citizen initiative question proposing casino gambling in Oxford County, which will be first on the ballot.
The two bond issues seek $5 million for dental health programs and $9.7 million for land conservation, working waterfront preservation and parks.
Aside from the public questions, Maine voters will be electing a governor in November.
