GREENHUT GALLERIES in Portland opens an exhibition of new paintings and drawings by Maine artist John Whalley tonight. The show, titled “Timepieces,” features 20 new works. Whalley is among Maine’s most collected contemporary artists.

MSMT’s ‘Spamalot’ is fully Monty

MAINE STATE MUSIC THEATRE in Brunswick presents the farcical musical “Spamalot” as the final show of its 2010 season. Based on the Monty Python film “Monty Python and the Holy Grail,” the show recounts the legend of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table, complete with showgirls, French soldiers and a killer rabbit.
