NAPLES — A male’s body was pulled out of Brandy Pond in Naples tonight, the victim of an apparent drowning.
Capt. Jeff Davis of the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department said the victim was found submerged in about 6 feet of water at the end of a private dock at 36 Golf Club Road.
The Sheriff’s Department dive team recovered the body.
The victim’s name is not being released pending notification of his relatives. The Sheriff’s Department was notified around 6 p.m.
The drowning remains under investigation.
