The Knox County Sheriff’s Department and United Bikers of Maine will hold a Torch Ride on Sunday to benefit Special Olympics Maine. Riders will start at 9:30 a.m. from the Sheriff’s Department in Rockland, then travel to Ellsworth before finishing at the Owls Head Transportation Museum. A cookout will follow. Riders may register this week or between 8 and 9 a.m. Sunday. The cost is $25 per bike and $15 per passenger, which covers the cookout and a T-shirt. The Kevin Brady Memorial Soccer Alumni Game will be held Saturday at Hannaford Field in Cape Elizabeth.
