PORTER — Authorities are investigating an accident that killed at least one person and injured a second individual in the Oxford County town of Porter tonight.
Maine State Police said the head-on collision between a car and two motorcyclists left one person dead.
Though the accident took place in Oxford County, state police sent a team to help reconstruct the accident.
The crash, which took place on Brownfield Road, was reported around 6:30 p.m.
