Allen Gregoire aced the eighth hole with a 5 iron at Biddeford-Saco Country Club on Aug. 20. Witnesses were Greg Boucouvalas, Kevin Morse and Kurt Fletcher.
Dick Caldwell made a hole-in-one on Aug. 12 at the Gorham Country Club. Caldwell used a 6-iron to make the shot on the 160-yard sixth hole. Witnesses included Steve Caldwell and Bill Vachon.
Jim Sharples of Markham, Ontario, on Aug. 15 scored his second hole-in-one this summer at the Great Chebeague Golf Club. He used a pitching wedge to ace the 110-yard sixth hole, witnessed by Jim Van Fleet. On Aug. 4, Sharples aced the seventh hole.
Corey Tibbetts aced the 138-yard eighth hole at Sable Oaks Golf Club on Aug. 27. Tibbetts used a 9-iron.
Ted Jaroncyk aced the 17th hole at Rivermeadow Golf Club on Aug. 29. He used an 8-iron for the 150-yard shot, which was witnessed by John Spizzuoco and Steve Lawson.
Greg Marsters aced the eighth hole at Rivermeadow Golf Club on Aug. 29. Marsters used a 7-iron for the 150-yard shot, which was witnessed by Larry Barlow.
