A Biddeford man is making his initial appearance in Springvale District Court this afternoon after being charged with selling marijuana at Homer’s Sports Bar, 28 Water St., in Biddeford.
Kevin McMullen, 51, was the target of a months-long investigation into the sale of marijuana to other patrons at the bar, police said. Police arrested McMullen inside the bar at 11 a.m. Friday, charging him with misdemeanor trafficking. His bail was set at $5,000.

Police said there was no indication the bar’s owners knew about the behavior.
