Misha is a spayed, 3-year-old Great Dane mix, and there is very likely some mastiff in her gene pool as well. She weighs 74 pounds but seems bigger due to her large head and heavy bone structure. She recently spent six weeks in foster care, where she got a good start on obedience training.

Despite her imposing size, Misha is fearful, with men, raised voices, strangers, erratic or sudden movements and vacuum cleaners on her list of scary things. Her preference when frightened is to run and hide.

Because of a sad history of starvation (she gained 22 pounds during her stay in foster care), she tends to protect her food from other resident animals, so Misha will need to be the only pet in her new home. Any children in her new family should be over 12.

Taboo is a friendly, 7-year-old American bulldog. Taboo is a smart girl who knows the commands sit, down and come and would love to learn more. She is a goofy girl who’d love to go on a couple of nice walks a day as well as spend lots of quality time with her people. She would love to be the only pet for her new owners to adore. Taboo has not spent a lot of time around children, so gentle, respectful children who will respect her and her space would be best for her.
