ROCHESTER, N.H. — Police in New Hampshire and Maine say they have solved a series of pharmacy robberies in the two states.

Police in New Hampshire say four people have been arrested and charged in connection with robberies in Sanford and Rochester N.H.

The robberies in Sanford are part of a recent surge of pharmacy hold-ups in southern Maine.

Police in Sanford and Rochester said on Sunday that pharmacy robberies in each community that day may have been committed by the same suspects. The suspects took prescription drugs.

Rochester police say that late Wednesday 25-year-old Seth Gagne and 24-year-old Kerri Guay were arrested in East Rochester.

Early today Dover police arrested 25-year-old Scott Sanborn, described as a transient, and 22-year-old Jolene Leo on the Rochester warrants.
