The Rick Barry shooting clinic scheduled for today at Brunswick High has been postponed until Monday. The clinic, which begins at 6:30 p.m., is a fundraiser for the Brunswick basketball program. For a $5 donation, Barry will autograph pictures.

The University of Southern Maine baseball staff will hold its 21st annual pitching, hitting and defense clinics for players ages 8 to 18 at the Costello Field House in Gorham on Feb. 20 and 26. The pitching and defense clinics will take place from 9 a.m. to noon; hitting will be from 1 to 4 p.m. The cost is $35 for one session or $60 for the full day. St. Joseph’s College will hold a baseball clinic for boys ages 6 to 13 from Feb. 21 to 24. Led by St. Joseph’s players and coaches, the clinic will focus on the fundamentals of fielding, throwing, hitting, baserunning and pitching. The clinic will meet from 9 a.m. to noon each day. There will also be an all-day program that includes the clinic, lunch, swimming, movies and games. The clinic is $75 for one child or $130 for two.
