PORTLAND — The Maine Turnpike Authority is ordering drivers to slow down to help them cope with potentially slippery roads.
At 2:30 a.m. this morning the turnpike authority reduced speed to 45 mph on the turnpike from Kittery to exit 109 in Augusta.
There is a winter weather advisory in effect for Maine and the National Weather Service says two to six inches of snow is expected through the day.
