AUGUSTA — Gov. Paul LePage has named a Portland lawyer to serve as a senior policy adviser in his administration.
LePage said today that Carlisle McLean will focus on her expertise in environmental law.
The governor’s office said McLean practiced environmental, land use and climate strategy law with the Preti Flaherty law firm in Portland from 2005 until this year. She starts her new job Feb. 21.
