3 Fish Gallery, 377 Cumberland Ave., Portland, presents “Not Like the Other,” featuring recent art by Max Leon and Erin Leon, a brother-sister art-making team.

The exhibition runs through May. Gallery hours are noon to 6 p.m. Thursday to Saturday, and by appointment.

Max Leon is a self-taught artist and draftsman. He has shown his work in galleries from Maine to Texas. He is inspired by architecture and the human figure, and explores the perspective, polygons, roman arches and right angles within the framework of the organic world. He intends for his work to bridge the gap between mathematical and abstract. To learn more, visit mortalityfigure.com.
