SCARBOROUGH — Two individuals are still being held today at the Cumberland County Jail after being arrested over the weekend for trying to use a fake credit card to purchase items at Bull Moose Music in Scarborough.

Esley Porteous, 37, and Terell Campbell, 25, both of Brooklyn, N.Y., are being held at the jail on $50,000 and $10,000 cash bail, respectively. Michael Barnes, 33, also of Brooklyn, N.Y., was able to make bail and has been released.

Porteous and Campbell have been charged with felony theft, according to jail officials.

After being pulled over in South Portland by police, authorities determined that each suspect was in possession of several fraudulent credit cards and driver’s licenses from Illinois, Florida and New Jersey with the name Shawn Collins on them.
