A Limerick man was scheduled to appear in court today on charges of arson for allegedly setting fire to his own camper trailer.
Michael Norton, 47, was being held at York County Jail following his arrest Sunday afternoon.

Firefighters were called to 110 Pickerel Pond Road shortly after midnight for a fire that was consuming the 31-foot trailer, police said. When authorities arrived, Norton was next to the fire throwing items into the flames, police said.
Norton was arrested Sunday afternoon and after an evaluation at Southern Maine Medical Center was taken to jail.
