Kellie Greenleaf joined Homewood Suites by Hilton-Portland as director of sales. Greenleaf has more than five years’ experience in the hospitality industry and specializes in the extended-stay market.

Denise Melendez joined Trask-Decrow Machinery in South Portland as a service coordinator. Melendez has several years’ experience in customer service.

Carolyn Krahn joined the Hampton Inn & Gatehouse Conference Center in Freeport as a sales manager.

Michael Schoenbaum joined BerryDunn CPAs and Management Consultants as the firm’s systems administrator. Schoenbaum has several years of experience in systems administration and engineering and was most recently with Yale New Haven Health Systems in Bridgeport, Conn.

Noelle Surette was named manager of Anytime Fitness at Northgate Plaza in Portland.

Jonathan Dawson joined Fluid Imaging Technologies, Inc. in Yarmouth as its new sales manager for municipal markets. Dawson, of Pownal, previously worked at Air & Water Quality Inc. of Freeport and Dielectric Communications in Raymond.

Charles Beecher joined Paula Banks Consulting/Two Lights Home Care as manager of home care and geriatric care management. Beecher, of South Portland, was previously a manager with Medical Home Care Services in Bath. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the medical field.

Eric Gentino and Matt Smith joined Verrill Dana, LLP as summer associates. Gentino will begin his third year at Vermont Law School this fall. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont. Smith will begin his third year at New York University School of Law this fall. He received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University.

Ward Graffam Jr. was named vice president and commercial regional manager for southern and central Maine by Camden National Bank. Graffam has more than 10 years’ banking experience. Most recently, he was vice president and commercial banking client manager for Bank of America (formerly Fleet National Bank) in Portland.

Patricia Meyer, of South Portland, was promoted to senior quality assurance analyst.

Therase Oliver-Oyedele, of Wells, was promoted to senior claims training and development and policies and procedures specialist.

Kelly Tillotson, of Limerick, was promoted to senior appeals specialist.

John Auble was named vice president of data products at DeLorme in Yarmouth. Auble has been a consultant to the company for the past 18 months. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the geospatial industry.

Peter J. Rubin, president and shareholder of Bernstein Shur, was recognized as one of the Lawdragon 500 Leading Lawyers in America. Rubin was named to the list for the second year in a row. He is the senior member of Bernstein Shur’s Litigation Practice Group. He has been recognized by Best Lawyer in America for more than 20 years for his expertise in 12 practice areas.

GENERAL

Eric Blom, a vice president at Broadreach Public Relations, was elected to the board of directors of Port Resources Inc., a nonprofit provider of specialized social services for adults and children with developmental disabilities.

Peter Noyes, president of Earle W. Noyes & Sons Moving Specialists in Portland, was elected to a two-year term on the board of directors of UniGroup, the parent company of United Van Lines, Mayflower Transit. Noyes is a third-generation owner and president of Earle W. Noyes & Sons. He began his career in the moving industry in the 1970s.

Nathan Poore and James Gailey were named to the the Policy Committee of the Portland Area Comprehensive Transportation System. Poore, the town manager in Falmouth, will chair the committee. Gailey, the city manager in South Portland, will serve as vice chair of the committee.

Janet T. Mills, an attorney with Preti Flaherty’s Litigation Group in Augusta, completed a course in mediation through the University of Southern Maine Center for Continuing Education. Mills is a former Maine attorney general and a former member of the Maine House of Representatives. She has argued more than 100 cases before the Maine Supreme Judicial Court during her nearly 35 years of law practice in Maine. Mills joined Preti Flaherty in February.
