BERWICK  — A New Hampshire man is facing charges in Maine after he was allegedly caught with more than 200 oxycodone painkiller tablets and $18,000 in cash.

Maine Drug Enforcement Agency agents charged 39-year-old Jack Haycock of Rochester, N.H., when he allegedly showed up to make a drug transaction Tuesday in Berwick. Officials say the drugs had a street value of more than $6,000.

Haycock was charged with felony aggravated drug trafficking. Bail is set at $25,000.
