Lucretia Bagley, principal of Skillin Elementary School in South Portland, dances on the roof of the school on Friday in a hippopotamus ballerina costume. Bagley promised to perform on the last day of school if students read for more than 200,000 minutes over the course of the year. The students easily exceeded the goal, reading for 350,579 minutes.
