PORTLAND — The Yarmouth 11-and-12 year-old Little League team earned a trip to the New England Regional championships today with a 6-3 win over York at Payson Park.
Noah Pellerin scored the winning run for Yarmouth in the top of the eighth inning on an RBI double by Jack Snyder.

Yarmouth’s quest for Williamsport, Pa., site of the Little League World Series, begins on Aug. 5 when it plays in the regionals in Bristol, Conn.
