PORTLAND — The Portland Community Health Center will hold an open house Saturday afternoon to mark National Health Center Week.
Members of the community will have a chance to meet the center’s doctors, nurses, social workers and staff members. There will also be free blood pressure checks, children’s activities, tours, material on health promotion, music and refreshments.
The open house will be from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the center at 180 Park Ave.
The Portland Community Health Center is a nonprofit, federally qualified health center operated in partnership with the city. It offers primary care to the community, regardless of ability to pay.
