Greg Smith attaches brackets for fiber optic conduits on a bridge over the Mousam River in Kennebunk on Tuesday. Smith works for T Buck Construction of Auburn, which is building the bridge that carries Route 1 traffic over the river. The bridge is scheduled to be completed by the end of October.
