RAYMOND — Officials have identified the couple killed by carbon monoxide poisoning in Raymond as Lewis Somers III, 85, and his wife Elizabeth Somers, 84, of Lafayette Hill, Pa.

The couple live in Pennsylvania but have a seasonal home at 76 Musson Road in Raymond.

The Somerses were found at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. They had apparently been running a generator in the basement after losing power in Tropical Storm Irene when the exhaust system designed to remove the fumes from the home malfunctioned.
