• Haley Carignan, Scarborough, senior forward: An extremely crafty playmaker with a quick, accurate shot, Carignan has led the Red Storm in scoring the past two seasons.

• Kip Chipman, Brunswick, senior back: An all-Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference pick last season, Chipman reads the game very well and is great passer.

• Tori Cooper, Thornton Academy, senior back: A central back, Cooper returns to help anchor the Trojans’ defense for the second consecutive season.

• Olivia Crozier, McAuley, senior back: A four-year varsity starter, Crozier was second on the Lions in scoring last season while primarily playing a defensive position.

• Cassie Darrow, Falmouth, junior midfield: A tremendously skilled player, Darrow is expected to control the middle of the field for the defending Class B state champion.

• Megan Decker, Yarmouth, junior midfielder: An intelligent player who is able to direct the attack from the back, Decker also has the speed and skill to play in the middle of the field.

• Hannah Folger, Marshwood, sophomore midfielder/striker: Equally adept with either foot, the speedy Folger can switch directions at any speed and under any amount of pressure.

• Anna Foss, Old Orchard Beach, junior back: Foss commands attention when on the ball, using her speed and great foot skills to help the Seagulls mount a swift counter-attack.

• Addie LaBonte, York, senior back: A three-year starter at outside back, LaBonte has a strong clearing kick and will anchor the Wildcats’ defense at sweeper.

• Aley Leonardi, Kennebunk, senior forward: Named team captain for the second consecutive season, Leonardi scored a team-high 11 goals last season.

• Taylor Littlefield, Sanford, junior midfield: An All-SMAA selection last season, Littlefield has 13 goals and 13 assists in her first two varsity seasons.

• Emily Masters, South Portland, senior midfielder: An excellent two-way player, Masters can play defense as well as find the back of the net on offense.

• Haley Michaud, Mt. Ararat, senior midfielder: At her best when under pressure, the tireless Michaud sees the field very well and can distribute the ball with precision.

• Molly Miller, McAuley, junior goalie: A two-time All-SMAA selection, Miller is especially adept at reading the play and conveying that information to her teammates.

• Cassandra Murano, Brunswick, senior back: An all-Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference pick last season, Murano is a clever player who has the skills to move the ball past opposing players.

• Audrey Parolin, Greely, senior striker: A four-year varsity player with the ability to play a wide variety of positions, Parolin had eight goals and seven assists last season.

• Alexis Sivovlos, Deering, senior midfielder: A player with great field vision, Sivovlos is able to move the ball efficiently and create offensive opportunities for the Rams.

• Kayla Swasey, York, junior midfielder: Physically gifted, Swasey sees the entire field, distributes the ball extremely well and is capable of repossessing the ball when she loses it.

• Jordan Symonds, Windham, junior, midfielder/defender: Extremely vocal, Symonds possesses excellent foot skills, enabling her to distribute the ball well and move up the field confidently.

• Alli Thomas, Cheverus, senior, midfielder: Because of her ability to start the offense from the back, Thomas splits her time between center midfield and wide back.

• Emily Tolman, Scarborough, senior back: A shutdown one-on-one defender, Tolman has enough speed to recover and keep attackers from getting behind the defense.

• Sammi Toorish, Greely, junior midfield: A third-year varsity player, the extremely versatile Toorish scored a team-high 15 goals last season.

• Emma-Jane Turton, Poland, junior forward: Last fall, Turton had eight goals and five assists to earn a spot on the Western Maine Conference all-conference team.

• Melanie Vangel, Cape Elizabeth, sophomore forward: A transfer student from Camden Hills, Vangel is a quick, dynamic player who can score from anywhere in the offensive third of the field.

• Jesse Veilleux, Oceanside, senior midfielder: A three-year varsity player at the former Georges Valley High, Veilleux leads the attack during the Mariners’ first varsity season.
