PORTLAND — At least 13 of Portland’s mayoral candidates are expected to attend a community forum Thursday evening, organizers said.

Also, so many community members are expected to attend that the forum has been moved to a larger room, the Maine League of Young Voters announced. The new location is Lucid Stage at 29 Baxter Blvd.

The “So You Think You Can Mayor” candidate forum begins at 7 p.m. and is scheduled to end at 9 p.m. It will combine audience participation with moderated conversations with the candidates.

Candidates will answer questions submitted by audience members in small groups and will also have an opportunity for conversation with each other.

Between 80 and 100 leaders from Portland community organizations and neighborhood associations are expected to attend.
