PORTLAND – Tim Rovnak had two goals and an assist, and Paley Burlin added a goal and two assists Thursday to lead Portland to a 3-1 victory against Gorham in a Southern Maine Activities Association schoolboy soccer game at Fitzpatrick Stadium.

Rovnak put in a rebound of Burlin’s shot two minutes into the second half, set up Burlin 16 minutes later, then was assisted by Burlin with 12 minutes left.

Chris Hardy scored from Connor Reagan with 1:30 left for Gorham (2-2).

Chip Weber stopped six shots for the Bulldogs (3-1-1). Carter Bowers made eight saves for Gorham.

BONNY EAGLE 4, BIDDEFORD 0: Matt McClure had a goal and an assist as the Scots (2-2) beat the Tigers (0-4) at Standish.

Zack Moody, Jeremy Collins and Aaron Hebert also scored.

KENNEBUNK 2, MASSABESIC 0: Robby Burns scored twice to power the Rams (3-1-1) past the Mustangs (1-4) at Kennebunk.

Harrison Hall assisted on the first goal after 13 minutes. Griffin Drigotas assisted on the second, four minutes into the second half.

MARSHWOOD 2, WESTBROOK 0: Max McCoomb and Alex McLean scored, and Jackson Towle made 12 saves as the Hawks (4-1) defeated the Blue Blazes (0-4-1) at South Berwick.

Kyle Bohunsky set up McCoomb and Jeff Graunke assisted on McLean’s goal.

WINDHAM 2, THORNTON ACADEMY 0: Robbie Lentile scored twice as the Eagles (4-1) shut out the Golden Trojans (2-2-1) at Saco.

BRUNSWICK 8, LEWISTON 0: Dakota Foster scored three goals as the Dragons (5-0) shut out the Blue Devils (0-4) at Brunswick.

SACOPEE VALLEY 1, OLD ORCHARD BEACH 0: Brook Totman scored in the first half and the Hawks (3-2) held off the Seagulls (3-2) at South Hiram.

Totman collected a corner from Emily Colbert and sent a left-footed shot from 18 yards into the far upper corner.

SOUTH PORTLAND 3, WESTBROOK 0: Jenacee Bradbury scored twice for the Red Riots (1-2) against the Blue Blazes (0-4) at Westbrook.

Emma Dennison also scored and Jenna Wing had an assist.

WAYNFLETE 1, POLAND 0: Jo Moore scored in the first overtime as Waynflete (2-2) edged the Knights (0-4) at Portland.

YARMOUTH 1, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 0: Sarah Gorman scored three minutes into the second half from Kallie Hutchinson to lift the Clippers (3-2-1) over the Patriots (0-5) at Yarmouth.

Yarmouth held Gray-New Gloucester without a shot on goal.

CAPE ELIZABETH 2, WELLS 1: Jane Coffrin and Hannah Newhall scored as the Capers (2-2-1) built a 2-0 lead against the Warriors (1-5) at Cape Elizabeth.

SACOPEE VALLEY 3, TRAIP ACADEMY 0: Chelsea Burnell scored twice in the first half and set up a second-half goal for the Hawks (3-1) against the Rangers (1-4) at South Hiram. Elizabeth Moulton redirected in a Burnell shot for the last goal.
