PORTLAND — The Portland International Jetport has a new look.

A $75 million expansion that was formally dedicated last week opens to air traffic and passengers today.

The new 145,000 square-foot terminal is designed to convey a sense of place with Maine. It features Linda Bean’s Perfect Maine Lobster Roll shop, and will have a Cool as a Moose store and a Maine aquatic display.

The expansion also is designed with a streamlined and expanded flight check-in to speed the process up. An elevated sky bridge connects the jetport parking lot to a concourse.
