Century 21 Surette Real Estate in Waterville recently announced that Jeff Jolicoeur is the Northern Kennebec Valley Board of Realtors Realtor of the Year for 2011.
Jolicoeur was recently honored along with the other Board’s Realtors of the Year at the Maine Association of Realtors Annual Convention at The Samoset Resort.
He has been in real estate since 2001 and is a partner at Century 21 Surette Real Estate. He holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education.
Jolicoeur is president-elect of the Kennebec Valley Board of Realtors and is a director of the Maine Association of Realtors and MREIS boards. He is also a member of the Waterville Rotary Club.
He is also a youth hockey and baseball coach. He lives in Waterville with his wife, Joanne, and their two children.
