PORTLAND — A senior analyst with the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston will speak at the annual  meeting of Community Financial Literacy in Portland on Thursday.

Sol Carbonell, a senior community affairs analyst, is scheduled to speak on building assets and why  
financial literacy matters for refugees and immigrants.

The program will take place at at 5:30 p.m. in Rines Auditorium at the Portland Public Library.
