PORTLAND – Caleb Fraser pitched a four-hitter with 11 strikeouts Saturday to lead Portland to a 2-0 victory against Kennebunk in a Telegram League baseball game.

Fraser also drove in the winning run for the Bulldogs (2-5) against the Rams (0-7) with a second-inning sacrifice fly.

Kyle Reichert tripled before scoring on Fraser’s sacrifice fly, then drew a bases-loaded walk in the fifth to score Tyler Strauss.

MARANACOOK 3, MORSE 2: Eben Ballard struck out 10 and allowed one earned run as the Black Bears (5-1) edged the Shipbuilders (5-1) at Bath.

YARMOUTH 6, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 0: Nick Lainey allowed one hit over six innings as the Clippers (5-2) beat the Raiders (4-3) at Fryeburg.

Bryce Snyder finished the one-hitter and had an RBI double that helped stake Yarmouth to a 3-0 lead in the first inning.

NOBLE 7, DEERING 2: Gordon Potter’s two-run third-inning single gave Noble (3-3) a 4-0 lead against the Rams (1-5) at Portland.

The Rams countered with two runs in the bottom of the third, but the Knights took advantage of Deering errors to pull away with three in the fourth.

SOFTBALL

FRYEBURG ACADEMY 11, YARMOUTH 0: Sarah Harriman pitched a one-hitter and Maggie McConkey homered as the Raiders (6-1) beat the Clippers (2-5) at Fryeburg.

Fryeburg produced 11 hits and benefited from seven Yarmouth errors. Carla Tripp, Kylie Locke and Maddie Smith each had two hits.

GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 3, FREEPORT 1: Anna Knapp scored on Zoe Adams’ third-inning double and also on Sandy Ricardi’s fifth-inning double as the Patriots (5-1) beat Freeport (2-3) at Gray.

Alex Thompson also hit an RBI single as the Patriots overcame a 1-0 deficit with a two-run third.

MEDOMAK VALLEY 14, LINCOLN ACADEMY 0: Amanda Hendrickson and Taylor Simmons each had three RBI, and Hannah Marks drove in two runs as the Panthers won a six-inning game at Waldoboro.

BOYS’ LACROSSE

WAYNFLETE 9, FREEPORT 1: Chris Burke had four goals and an assist to lead the Flyers (1-4) past Freeport (2-3) at Portland.

Henry Cleaves added two goals and three assists.

CAPE ELIZABETH 12, YARMOUTH 8: Alex Bornick scored seven goals for Cape Elizabeth (5-0) against the Clippers (2-2) at Yarmouth.

Tim LaVallee added three goals for Cape.

Anders Overhaug scored three times and Nick Ronin twice for Yarmouth.

GIRLS’ LACROSSE

MT. ARARAT 14, GARDINER 4: Kat Johnson and Haley Michaud each had four goals to lead the Eagles (2-2) over the Tigers (2-5) at Gardiner.

FREEPORT 10, WINDHAM 5: Alex Mitch scored five goals to lead the Falcons (4-2) past the Eagles (0-4) at Windham.
