BRUNSWICK — Power has been restored to 7,200 customers in Brunswick, Topsham, Freeport and Harpswell who were without electricity since 9:30 a.m.

The outage was caused by a transmission phase wire coming down, a Central Maine Power Co. official said. The wire was replaced and power restored by 1:15 p.m.
