NEW FACES

• Bonnie Lewis joined L.S. Robinson Co. as a commercial insurance accounts manager.

Lewis, of Southwest Harbor, has 12 years of experience in the insurance industry.

• Dr. Evan Ntrivalas joined the Foundation for Blood Research as a clinical laboratory director. Ntrivalas, of Cape Elizabeth, was previously with Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, North Chicago, Ill., where he served as assistant director of the Clinical Immunology Laboratory.

• James Kilbreth was named a shareholder of Drummond Woodsum.

Kilbreth is an experienced litigator and adviser in the areas of complex commercial and regulatory disputes. He previously served as chief deputy attorney general for the state of Maine, where he supervised all major civil and criminal actions of the office.

• Kate Tozier was recently hired as Purpoodock’s food and beverage manager. Tozier was formerly the general manager of operations for Foreside Tavern and Grace Restaurant.

Jennifer Flock joined Purpoodock as executive chef. She is a certified sommelier and has more than 15 years of experience in all aspects of the hospitality business.

• Margaret Hutchins was hired as a commercial lines service representative at Norton Insurance Agency.

Hutchins has more than 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, most recently as an account manager at Cross Insurance. She lives in Gray, where she has served as town councilor since July 2007.

• Jeffrey Wilson joined Robinson, Kriger & McCallum as an associate in its litigation and workers’ compensation departments.

Wilson practiced in the litigation department of the law firm of Rubin, Kidney, Myer & DeWolfe in Barre, Vt. Most recently Wilson has been handling workers’ compensation cases at MEMIC, Maine’s largest workers’ compensation insurance carrier.

• Portland Pipe Line Corp. was awarded the American Petroleum Institute’s Distinguished Safety and Environmental Award in the small pipeline operator category.

Portland Pipe Line won for its outstanding record of safety and environmental performance, and its continued use of technology and management systems.

• J. Michael Pierce, an independent financial adviser affiliated with Commonwealth Financial Network and president of Allen Insurance and Financial of Camden, was recently named to Commonwealth’s President’s Club.

• Patriot Subaru of Saco has again earned the Subaru Stellar Care Award.

The award recognizes an elite group of dealerships for their dedication to building and maintaining relationships with customers in both sales and service.

Patriot was one of only two dealers in Maine to be named as a 2011 recipient, the other being Stanley Subaru in Trenton. In 2010, Patriot was the only dealer in Maine to win the award.
