KEENE, N.H. — Vice President Joe Biden will be continuing his criticism of presumptive GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney’s business experience in an appearance in Keene, N.H.

This will be Biden’s fourth trip this year to New Hampshire, considered a battleground state in the upcoming election.

He’ll be speaking at Keene State College Tuesday afternoon, where he is expected to again argue that Romney’s background as an executive doesn’t necessarily make him fit to run the country.
