ATLANTA — Passengers at the Atlanta airport’s new international terminal are complaining that there are not enough shuttle buses.
The shuttles take passengers from the terminal to the parking lot or a public transit rail service.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports (http://bit.ly/KXUQLz) that passengers are saying the buses are too small and there are too few of them.
Craig Kimbrough of Atlanta says he waited in line for a bus for about 45 minutes last week after returning from a flight from Dubai.
Louis Miller is the general manager at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. He says the international terminal has 14 shuttles and officials are considering adding more to shorten lines.
The $1.4 billion international terminal opened this month at the world’s busiest airport.
