FREEPORT — Audrey Parolin had five goals and two assists Tuesday for Greely, which overcame a one-goal halftime deficit to beat Freeport 15-10 in a schoolgirl lacrosse game.

Paige Tuller and Julia Mitiguy added three goals apiece for the Rangers (6-6), who trailed 7-6 at halftime.

Jocelyn Davee and Elizabeth Martin each scored twice for the Falcons (6-6).

 

MARSHWOOD 16, DEERING 5: Korinne Bohunsky had five goals and Janay Wright added three as the Hawks (9-3) downed the Rams (3-9) at Portland.

Meghan Lewis made seven saves for the win.

Veronica Mitchell had four goals and Lilly Worthley stopped eight shots for Deering.

 

WELLS 19, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 6: Maddie Andrews had four goals and two assists as the Warriors (5-7) handled the Raiders (1-11) at Fryeburg.

Mariyah Heath and Kelly Beisswanger each added three goals, and Kayla Schneider stopped nine shots for Wells.

Emily Haggie had three goals, Brenna Gerchman added a goal and an assist, and Brittany Fox made 12 saves for Fryeburg.

KENNEBUNK 9, THORNTON ACADEMY 6: Kate Graydon finished with four goals, and Alissa Fallon and Rose Bryant added two goals each to lead the Rams (7-5) over the Trojans (6-6) at Kennebunk.

Audrey Puleio led Thornton with two goals.

Elizabeth Stockbridge had 10 saves for Kennebunk.

 

MCAULEY 17, NOBLE 7: Sadie DiPierro scored six goals to lead the Lions (6-6) past the Knights (0-12) at Portland.

Taxia Arabatis added three goals for McAuley, and Katherine Lake and Sam Paglia each scored two.

Chandler Waterman had three goals for Noble.

 

SCARBOROUGH 16, WINDHAM 10: Laura Przybylowicz scored four goals and Mary Scott added three to lead the Red Storm (11-1) against Windham (4-8) at Scarborough.

Kelsey Howard added two goals and two assists for Scarborough.

 

YORK 15, BIDDEFORD 2: Ruby Cribby had seven goals and two assists to lead the Wildcats (5-7) over the Tigers (2-10) at York.

Taylor Simpson had three goals and two assists, and Courtney Cole finished with two goals for York.

Jenna Roy and Jen Kimborowicz scored for Biddeford.

 

SOUTH PORTLAND 10, BONNY EAGLE 7: Anh Nguyen broke a 6-6 tie with 20:12 remaining and finished with four goals to lead the Red Riots (8-4) past the Scots (5-7) at South Portland.

Kailey Hannigan and Olivia Edwards each chipped in two goals for South Portland.

Jessica MacDonald scored three times and Alicia Hoyt made 14 saves for Bonny Eagle.

BASEBALL

THORNTON ACADEMY 1, BONNY EAGLE 0: Jack Kenney singled home Alex Fallon in the first inning and pitched two innings of relief for the win as the Golden Trojans (10-6) edged the Scots (6-10) at Saco.

Kenney combined with Jeff Gelinas, Steve Harmon and C.J. Pendleton for 10 strikeouts in a three-hitter.

Tom Hazelton struck out nine, and allowed two hits and two walks for Bonny Eagle.

SOFTBALL

KENNEBUNK 34, DEERING 2: Krystal Livermore’s two-run single highlighted a 12-run first inning that set Kennebunk (11-5) on its way to a victory against Deering (0-16) at Portland.

Julia Paige had four hits and two RBI for Kennebunk, Jen Richardson added two hits and three RBI, and Brittany Madore had two hits and two RBI.
