CONCORD, N.H. — A 28-year-old New Hampshire man is being held on $55,000 bail for allegedly ramming another man’s vehicle and firing shots at his feet in a confrontation over a bull that had gotten loose.
Concord police say Brian Downs, of Concord, was arrested Saturday evening on two counts of reckless conduct and one count of criminal threatening.
Police say Downs and another man got into dispute regarding who was responsible for allowing a bull to get loose.
Downs is charged with ramming his vehicle into the other man’s vehicle and later firing three shots, two into the ground at the other man’s feet and one into the air.
Officials say Downs is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
