Brooke Benbenek of St. Louis, Mo., paints the face of Stephanie O’Horo at the starting line before 36th annual Bridgton Four on the Fourth road race today. The girls are water ski counselors at Camp Newfound in Harrison and ran along with the campers during the road race.
Fryeburg Academy student Silas Eastman of Chatham, N.H., was the top finisher in the men’s race. He finished the four-mile road course in 21 minutes, 33 seconds. Emily Ward, 30, of Richmond Va., won the women’s race in 24:26.
