NEWRY — Recent Madison Area Memorial High School graduate Seth Sweet shot a final round 79 to win the Maine Amateur Championship at Sunday River Golf Course today.
Sweet finished with a three-round total of 219 to finish three shots in front of two-time winner Ricky Jones and 2011 runner-up Jason Harris.
