SCARBOROUGH — Wyatt Olmsberg scored two goals and Trevor Sparta had three assists Tuesday night to lead Scarborough to a 7-0 victory against Marshwood in a Southern Maine Activities Association schoolboy soccer game.
John Wheeler, Charlie Mader, Chris Cleary and Mike Carroll scored first-half goals as Scarborough (1-0-1) took a 6-0 lead. Austin Downing scored in the second against the Hawks (1-1).
BRUNSWICK 4, ERSKINE ACADEMY 0: Konnor Scarponi and Blake Gordon scored two goals apiece as the Dragons (2-0) beat the Eagles (1-1) at Brunswick.
CAPE ELIZABETH 1, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 0: Cole Caswell scored as the Capers (1-1) edged the Raiders (0-1) at Cape Elizabeth.
Eddie Galvin assisted Caswell with 24 minutes left.
FALMOUTH 8, NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 0: Luke Velas had four goals as the Yachtsmen (2-0) shut out the Panthers (0-1-1) at Falmouth.
Ian McBrady, Cooper Lycan, Nick Burton and Jake Grade also scored. Lycan and J.P. White had three assists apiece.
GORHAM 1, WINDHAM 0: Connor Reagan scored after 30 minutes as the Rams (2-0) downed Windham (0-1) at Gorham.
Kyle Curley started the winning play with a free kick from midfield to Reagan, who headed the ball high into the net.
NOBLE 3, PORTLAND 0: Drew Martin made four saves as Noble (2-0) shut out the Bulldogs (0-1) at Portland.
An own goal and Sean Jackson’s unassisted goal made it 2-0 at halftime.
SOUTH PORTLAND 7, MASSABESIC 1: Dillon Burns scored three goals as the Red Riots (1-0-1) handled the Mustangs (0-1-1) at South Portland.
Ryan Pelletier, Andrew Whipple, Ahmed Suja and Max Carr also scored for the Red Riots. Damjan Draskovic collected five assists.
YORK 3, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 1: Brian Mendoza scored twice as York (1-0) beat the Patriots (1-1) at Gray.
Mitchell Hicky added a goal and an assist for the Wildcats. Will Bartlett scored for Gray-New Gloucester.
CHEVERUS 7, BIDDEFORD 0: Isaac Yeboah and Nate Smith scored twice each as the Stags (2-0) beat Biddeford (0-2) at Portland.
Jake Dixon, Mackenzie Hoglund and Elijah Yeboah also scored.
MONMOUTH ACADEMY 1, LISBON 1: Kyle Whitman scored in the second half as the Greyhounds (0-0-1) tied the Mustangs (1-0-1) at Lisbon.
WISCASSET 3, MT. ABRAM 1: Dale Peaslee scored two goals as the Coyotes (2-0) slipped past the Roadrunners (0-2) at Wiscasset.
