PORTLAND — D.J. Cloutier scored from John Clark after 24 minutes Tuesday and Noble went on to a 1-0 victory against Cheverus in a Southern Maine Activities Association schoolboy soccer game.

Drew Martin turned away 13 shots for the shutout for the Knights (3-1). Charlie Mull made four saves for the Stags (3-1).

 

NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 13, A.R. GOULD 0: D.J. Nicholas had four goals as 10 players scored for the Panthers (2-1-1) against the Bears (0-3) at South Portland.

Austin Kidder and Camden Spear combined for the shutout with three saves. Keelin White, Gabe Olson and Sam Adams split time in net for A.R. Gould, combining for 23 saves.

KENNEBUNK 4, BONNY EAGLE 0: Ryan Keefe scored two goals to lead Kennebunk (3-1) over the Scots (1-3) at Standish.

Robbie Burns and Philip Butterfield also scored.

John Burns needed two saves for the shutout. Jeff Martin had 19 saves for Bonny Eagle.

 

CAPE ELIZABETH 1, YORK 1: Michael Gallagher scored for the Wildcats (2-0-1) in the first half and Griffin Thoreck answered for the Capers (1-2-1) in the second at Cape Elizabeth.

Connor Smith made 10 saves for York.

Austin Andrews stopped two shots for Cape Elizabeth.

 

EDWARD LITTLE 1, BRUNSWICK 0: Maslah Hassan sidestepped two defenders at the top of the 18 and drilled a shot to the lower left corner with 4:31 left as Edward Little (2-1) beat Brunswick (2-1-1) at Auburn.

Llewellyn Jensen made five saves for the shutout. Greg Walton had three stops for Brunswick.

 

GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 1, POLAND 1: Nick Allen scored unassisted 2:58 into the second half to secure a tie for Poland (0-2-1) with the Patriots (2-1-1) at Gray.

Gray-New Gloucester took a 1-0 lead in the first half when Jack Martell set up Will Bartlett.

Adam Breault of Poland made one save before leaving with an injury. Cody Costro finished with three saves on 20 shots.

Nick Rogers of Gray-New Gloucester had four saves on 16 shots.

 

MEDOMAK VALLEY 5, NOKOMIS 1: Zack Starr scored twice from Jonathan Hendrickson Belloguet to stake the Panthers (1-2) to a 2-0 halftime lead against Nokomis (0-3) at Waldoboro.

Boone Olson added a goal and an assist in the second half, and Mark Sweet and Brandon Soper also scored for Medomak. Lucas Hayden answered for the Warriors.

Ryan Ripley stopped seven shots for Medomak; Nate Buck saved eight shots for Nokomis.

 

CAMDEN HILLS 3, MT. VIEW 2: Peter Vannorsdall had two goals as the Windjammers (3-0) edged the Mustangs (3-1) at Thorndike.

Alexander Blackwell also scored for Camden Hills, which built a 3-1 lead midway through the second half.

 

SCARBOROUGH 6, PORTLAND 1: Sam Cekada had two goals as the Red Storm (2-0-2) defeated the Bulldogs (1-2) at Portland.

Wyatt Omsberg, Charlie Mader, Trevor Sparda and Chris Cleary added Scarborough goals.

 

MARSHWOOD 6, SANFORD 2: Marshwood (2-2) had six players score against the Spartans (0-4) at Sanford.

Max McCoomb, Alex McLean, Drew Hale, Robert Jones, Logan Smith and Justin Hockney had goals.

 

THORNTON ACADEMY 6, MASSABESIC 1: Brandon Lasante scored three times from Eric Gooch as the Golden Trojans (3-0) beat Massabesic (1-2-1) at Saco.

Alex Pickering, Paul Arabatizis and Liam Eisenhaur also scored for Thornton. Surafel Zunser converted a penalty kick for the Mustangs.

 

SOUTH PORTLAND 4, WESTBROOK 0: Dillon Burns scored three goals as South Portland (3-0-1) downed the Blue Blazes (0-3) at Westbrook.

All three goals were set up by Damjan Draskovic, and Danny Fox also scored.

 

WINDHAM 4, BIDDEFORD 0: Marc Reynolds scored twice as the Eagles (2-1) beat Biddeford (0-4) at Windham.

Josh McCauley made 14 saves for the Tigers. Tyler Connors and Thomas McGowan split time in the Windham net.

 

HALL-DALE 8, WISCASSET 0: Zack McNaughton had four goals and two assists to lead the Bulldogs (5-0) over the Wolverines (2-1-1) at Wiscasset.

 

LINCOLN ACADEMY 3, GARDINER 0: Sawyer Pinkham and Caleb Buchwalder scored off Kyle O’Brien assists as the Eagles (3-1) beat the Tigers (1-2-1) at Gardiner.
