“Run for Our School,” with a free fun run for ages 9 and younger at 8:30 a.m. and a 5K at 9 a.m. St. Thomas School, 69 North Ave., Sanford.

Benefit concert with optional preconcert dinner to aid Luc Mpangaje through the Safe Harbor Legal Assistance Fund. Mpangaje fled Burundi and lived in Portland before moving to Texas. He hopes to bring his family to Texas and Maine in early 2013.

The dinner is at 5:30 p.m. and is $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 and younger.
