The University of Southern Maine women’s basketball team will host its annual Huskies Shooting Clinic from 9 a.m. through 3 p.m. Sunday at the Costello Sports Complex in Gorham. The clinic is open to girls in grades 3-10. The fee is $35 in advance or $45 the day of the clinic. Coach Gary Fifield, his staff and players will instruct participants on shooting fundamentals. Participants are required to wear sneakers and appropriate basketball clothing and should bring a lunch. The St. Joseph’s College women’s basketball team will conduct a shooting clinic from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday at the Harold Alfond Center for girls in grades 3-9.
