BURLINGTON, Vt. — Northern New Englanders are in for some bitter cold.
Temperatures are expected to fall far below zero Wednesday night ranging from minus five to 25 below in the coldest mountain valleys by Thursday morning.
The National Weather Service has issued a wind chill advisory in northern Maine until Thursday. Wind chills could dip to as low as 34 below zero.
