WINDHAM – Spencer Hodge hit five 3-pointers and finished with a game-high 19 points Friday night to help Windham pull away in the second half and upset Westbrook 52-40 in an SMAA schoolboy basketball game.

Thomas McGowan added 12 points for Windham (6-10), which led 23-22 at halftime and extended the lead to 35-29 going into the fourth quarter.

Keenan Lowe led the Blue Blazes (12-4) with 10 points.

YORK 49, CAPE ELIZABETH 44: Aaron Todd scored 11 points and Hayden Webster added 10 for the Wildcats (15-1), who built a 12-point lead through three quarters and held off the Capers (11-5) at York.

Chris Robicheaw scored 12 points and Peter Pfister added 10 for Cape Elizabeth.

FRYEBURG ACADEMY 65, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 41: Bright Amoako scored 18 points to help the Raiders (8-8) down the Patriots (3-13) at Gray.

Walker-James Mallory added 12 points and Jaquan Causer had 10 for Fryeburg, which led 37-21 at the half.

WAYNFLETE 80, NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 42: Max Belleau made four 3-pointers and finished with a game-high 20 points to lead the Flyers (14-1) past the Panthers (6-10) at Yarmouth.

Jack Cutler added 17 points and Serge Nyirikamba scored 16 for Waynflete.

El Tayeb Dahia led NYA with 19 points to go with seven rebounds.

MARSHWOOD 50, KENNEBUNK 45: Brady Innes had 15 points and Daniel Veino put in 14 as the Hawks (7-9) edged the Rams (1-15) at Kennebunk.

Brady Dodge added 11 for Marshwood, which trailed 41-40 with just over two minutes left before Veino buried a 3-pointer for the lead. Marshwood went 5 of 6 at the line the rest of the way.

Austin Sandler led Kennebunk with 23 points.

PORTLAND 78, MASSABESIC 38: Steve Angelo finished with 14 points, Matt Talbot had 11, and Cosimo Donato added 10 points and seven rebounds to lead the Bulldogs (14-2) past the Mustangs (1-15) at Portland.

Bryson Murray and Cale Thornton had eight points each for Massabesic.

SANFORD 65, BIDDEFORD 50: Ryan Camire scored 18 of his 22 points in the second half as the Spartans (8-8) rallied from a 34-23 deficit against the Tigers (4-12) at Sanford.

Evyn Nolette added 14 points and Alex Shain had 10 for Sanford, which finished on an 18-2 run.

Cam Nadeau scored 18 points for Biddeford. Kyle Lagasse had 11.

YARMOUTH 72, POLAND 56: Adam LaBrie poured in 25 points to propel the Clippers (10-6) past the Knights (4-12) at Yarmouth.

David Murphy chipped in 18 points and Adam Wriggins notched 13 for Yarmouth.

C.J. Martin paced Poland with 19 points.

DEERING 66, GORHAM 48: Labson Abwoch had 21 points and 12 rebounds as Deering (13-3) downed Gorham (6-10) at Portland.

Dominic Lauture added 10 points, and Thiwat Thiwat grabbed 10 boards and went 4 of 4 at the line in the fourth quarter as Deering closed with a 17-6 run.

Elliot Spiers had 12 points to lead Gorham.

THORNTON ACADEMY 46, CHEVERUS 38: Reuben Moses totaled 16 points as the Trojans (10-6) got past the Stags (5-11) at Saco.

Quinn Richardson-Newton added 13 points and Jeff Gelinas scored nine for Thornton.

Noah Stebbins had 11 points for Cheverus.

FALMOUTH 74, WELLS 59: Charlie Fay scored 25 points with 11 rebounds for the Yachtsmen (16-0), who opened with a 23-14 run and beat the Warriors (9-7) at Falmouth.

Thomas Wilberg added 19 points, and Jack Simonds finished with 13 points and 14 rebounds. Wilberg and Fay combined for 16 of Falmouth’s first-quarter points. Thomas Coyne added 11 points.

Jake Moody paced the Warriors with 23 points, followed by Chris Carney with 18 and Dylan Stevens with 10.

MT. ARARAT 71, CONY 53: Shyheim Ulrickson had 23 points to lead the Eagles (7-9) over the Rams (5-11) at Topsham.

Mason Griffin added 16 points and Alex Lapierre put in 10 for Mt. Ararat.

Zach Lachance scored 14 for Cony.

GREELY 63, LAKE REGION 37: Bailey Train made all five of his 3-point attempts and hit two free throws for a game-high 17 points as the Rangers (9-7) handled the Lakers (4-12) at Cumberland.

Train, who also had three steals, made two 3s in the first quarter when the Rangers went ahead 22-4.

Connor Hanley had 17 points to go with eight rebounds and lead the eight other scorers for Greely.

Sam Smith had 15 points and Mike Mageles added 12 for the Lakers.

OLD ORCHARD BEACH 51, SACOPEE VALLEY 19: Joe Gildard had 10 points as the Seagulls (11-4) coasted past the Hawks (0-15) at South Hiram.

The Seagulls’ 18 field goals were distributed among seven players, led by Gildard, Quincy Grace and Nick Carlin, each with four.

Carlin and Grace also had a free throw apiece to finish with nine points.

Alex Fenderson had eight points for the Hawks.

TRAIP ACADEMY 71, FREEPORT 41: Atencio Martin scored 21 points as the Rangers (6-10) downed the Falcons (2-14) at Kittery.

Nick Foye added 13 points, including three 3-pointers, for Traip, which led 30-15 at halftime.

Chandler Birmingham of Freeport scored a game-high 23 points.

ERSKINE ACADEMY 54, OXFORD HILLS 41: Caleb McGuire scored 14 points to help the Eagles (2-14) defeat Oxford Hills (7-9) at South Paris.

Ryan Rodrigue converted a three-point play, pushing the lead to eight with 21/2 minutes to play. In the fourth quarter the Eagles made 9 of 14 free throws. Devin Duncan had 11 points for Erskine.

FOREST HILLS 73, PINE TREE ACADEMY 29: Evan Worster had 26 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Tigers (14-2) over the Breakers (5-11) at Freeport.

Matt Turner added 18 points and Ryan Petrin had 12 assists for Forest Hills.

WISCASSET 62, MT. ABRAM 49: Travis Padila scored 15 points to lead the Wolverines (9-6) over Mt. Abram (7-10) at Salem.

Dale Peaslee and Johnathan Rines added 12 points each for Wiscasset (9-6).
