WATERBORO – Rose Bryant scored five goals, including the winner in overtime, as Kennebunk earned an 8-7 victory over Massabesic in a Class A lacrosse game Tuesday.

Betsy Craig added two goals for Kennebunk (6-2), which built an early 4-0 lead.

Alyssa Gilman scored the tying goal in regulation for Massabesic (5-3). Heather Everett finished with three goals.

Kennebunk goalie Catherine Collins made 19 saves.

 

YORK 9, FALMOUTH 6: Courtney Cole scored five goals to help the Wildcats (5-3) rally past the Yachtsmen (4-3) at York.

Taylor Simpson added two goals and Libby Golini made 13 saves for York, which trailed 6-5 at halftime.

Angela Mallis netted a pair of goals for Falmouth.

 

NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 8, FREEPORT 7: Alex Wahlstrom had two goals and an assist as the Panthers (1-6) edged the Falcons (5-4) in Freeport.

Abby McKelvy and Jen Machin also scored twice.

Meredith Broderick had three goals and an assist for Freeport. Jocelyn Davee contributed two goals.

CHEVERUS 15, WINDHAM 6: Meredith Willard had five goals and Alex Logan scored four for the Stags (6-1) in a win over the Eagles (4-4) at Portland.

Elyse Caiazzo contributed two goals and six assists, and Staci Swallow added two goals.

Christina Pollard scored three times and Sam Greenlaw twice for the Eagles.

 

MARSHWOOD 16, GORHAM 6: Lindsey Poirier and Janay Wright each scored four goals as the Hawks (6-3) downed the Rams (4-4) at South Berwick.

Alli Schoff added three goals, and Jill Gori and Korinne Bohunsky put in two each for Marshwood. Meghan Lewis finished with 17 saves.

Kali St. Germain and Emily Lewis had two goals apiece for Gorham.

 

GREELY 16, WELLS 6: Meg Finlay poured in five goals to spark the Rangers (7-1) past the Warriors (3-5) at Wells.

Julia Mitiguy, Brennah Martin and Teal Otley each tallied three goals.

Maddie Andrews paced Wells with three goals.

PORTLAND 13, DEERING 5: Laura Frank scored four goals as the visiting Bulldogs (6-2) beat the Rams (3-5).

Isabelle Stehli added three goals and Ella Coose chipped in two for Portland.

Mony Prak and Maddy Mazjanis had two goals each for Deering.

 

BIDDEFORD 10, SANFORD 6: Shelby Courtois finished with three goals and an assist to lead the Tigers (3-4) past the Spartans (0-8) in Biddeford.

MT. ARARAT 10, MORSE 6: Carly Raymond and Sierra Gilley each scored three times for the Eagles (4-3) in a victory against the Shipbuilders (2-4) at Topsham.

Sadia Crosby scored five times for Morse. Mt. Ararat’s Bailey Sullivan and Morse’s Cat Sener each made eight saves.

SOUTH PORTLAND 16, MCAULEY 6: Colleen Fleming and Abby Letourneau each scored three times as the Red Riots (4-3) got past the Lions (0-8) at Portland.

Amy LaPlante, Jackie Merrill and Brianne Maloney all had two goals for South Portland.

Katherine Lake totaled five goals for McAuley.

 

YARMOUTH 21, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 3: Julia Kameisha scored six goals as the Panthers (5-4) cruised past the Raiders (1-7) at Fryeburg.

Ali Merrill and Ellie Teare each contributed two goals for Yarmouth.

EDWARD LITTLE 19, LINCOLN ACADEMY 6: Taylor Landry scored seven goals and Hannah Johnston added six as the Red Eddies (2-5) downed the Eagles (0-7) at Newcastle.

BONNY EAGLE 7, KENNEBUNK 1: Allison Pike allowed just two hits while striking out 12 to lift the Scots (7-4) over the Rams (5-5) at Kennebunk.

Megan McGary and Breanna Lifland had two hits apiece for Bonny Eagle.

 

RICHMOND 5, SACOPEE VALLEY 1: Jamie Plummer tossed a two-hitter for the Bobcats (9-0) in a win over the Hawks (3-8) at Richmond.

Plummer struck out two and didn’t walk a batter. Noell Acord singled three times, Brianna Snedeker added two singles and two RBI, and Ciarra Lancaster and Kelsie Obi each singled twice and drove in a run.

Bailey Marden and Dakota Miner singled for Sacopee Valley.

 

FOREST HILLS SWEEPS VALLEY: Anna Carrrier had eight hits and Dana McNally added five to lead the Tigers (6-5) to a pair of victories in Jackman, 18-11 and 15-12.

Haley Cuddy had three hits in the opener and Josie Hoyt had three hits in Game 2 for Forest Hills.

Teagan Laweryson had six hits, including two doubles, to lead Valley (0-7).
