SANFORD – Ben Greenburg drove in four runs to help unbeaten Scarborough to a 13-3 victory over Sanford in an SMAA baseball game Monday.

Brandon Hall added three RBI on three hits. Trevor Sparda had a single and a double, and Kevin Dryzda also contributed a pair of hits as the Red Storm improved to 12-0.

Ryan Camire had two hits for Sanford (4-8).

PORTLAND 8, BONNY EAGLE 3: Tim Rovnak hit a two-run single and Mike Scala added an RBI single during a five-run sixth inning for the Bulldogs (6-6) that broke a 3-3 tie at Standish.

Nate Smart went the distance for the Bulldogs, scattering eight hits while striking out seven and walking one.

Briar Morin had three hits, including a double, for the Scots (4-8). Andy Martel added two hits and two RBI.

FRYEBURG ACADEMY 10, LAKE REGION 3: Ian MacFawn hit a two-run homer in the first inning and added an RBI single that sparked a five-run fourth as the Raiders (6-7) downed the Lakers (2-11) at Naples.

MacFawn also earned the win, giving up one run while striking out five over six innings.

Zach Heath went 2 for 3 with two RBI for Lake Region.

YARMOUTH 11, CAPE ELIZABETH 1: Chester Jacobs scattered seven hits and walked just one as the Clippers (8-5) beat the Capers (8-5) at Cape Elizabeth.

Nick Lainey had a single and a double and drove in a run for Yarmouth, which took advantage of seven Cape Elizabeth errors.

GREELY 14, WELLS 1: Bailey Train hit a three-run homer in the first inning and Liam Pakulski added a three-run blast in the sixth as the Rangers (13-0) downed the Warriors (3-10) in six innings at Wells.

Greely starter Will Bryant pitched four scoreless innings.

Joey Spinelli had a double and a sacrifice fly for Wells.

OLD ORCHARD BEACH 8, SACOPEE VALLEY 3: Matt Parks struck out six and walked one while throwing a three-hitter and also went 2 for 3 with a double and a run scored to lead the Seagulls (5-8) past the Hawks (5-9) at Old Orchard Beach.

Casey Williams added two hits, including a double, and drove in a pair of runs for Old Orchard, which broke the game open with a four-run first inning.

WAYNFLETE 8, TRAIP ACADEMY 3: Winning pitcher Joe Schnier had two hits and an RBI for the Flyers (7-4) in a victory over the Rangers (4-10) at Portland.

Nik Morrill hit a two-run single and pitched the final two innings for Waynflete. He also made a diving catch in shallow center with two out and a runner on in the fifth.

Christian Montembeau had a double and an RBI for Traip.

CAMDEN HILLS 8, MT. VIEW 1: Chandler Crans struck out eight and scattered eight hits through six innings as Camden Hills (9-3) defeated Mt. View (4-10) at Thorndike.

The Windjammers collected 11 hits. Joe Chamberlain and Aubrey Pennington each had a double and a single.

LACROSSE

WELLS 15, FREEPORT 10: The Warriors (7-3) pulled away with four goals in the final three minutes, and freshman Tyler Whitten made 10 saves in his first varsity start as Wells won at Freeport.

Clayton Morrison scored five goals for Freeport (1-8).
