PORTLAND – Part of Capisic Street is closed is closed to traffic because of a water main break, Portland police say.
The street is closed between Lucas Street and Colonial Road, in the Capisic Pond Park area.
Police didn’t immediately know when the road might be reopened to traffic or what caused the break.
